Roles & Responsibilities:
- Project Management:Lead end-to-end Salesforce project delivery, including planning, execution, and closure.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to scope and objectives.
- Monitor project progress and address any risks or issues proactively.
- Client Engagement:Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Team Leadership:Manage and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, administrators, and consultants.
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide guidance to ensure team success.

- Ensure the delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Bachelor”s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.-Extensive experience in Salesforce implementation and delivery.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and others.
- Proven experience in program management.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Application Architect) are highly desirable.-Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
