Responsibilities
- Review and understand Test requirements provided by Design authority and Functional teams
- Developing and executing test plans and strategies
- Contribute to Design of MX test pack and propose and feedback on feasibility of automation
- Defect triage and management
- Managing regression and performance testing progress
- Responsible to interact with users for validation of test automation results
- Participate in daily stand-ups or defect triage meetings
Skills
Must have
- 0.5 -2 years of relevant Test experience in any IT product.
- Understanding of common financial instruments capital Market.
- Experience in working direct with senior developer, Technical leads, project managers and Business Analysts in business and IT organization.
- Experience of the execution of tests throughout the lifecycle of development projects.
- Excellent communication, inter-personal skills and problem solving skills.
- Experience using tools like: JIRA, HP ALM / Quality Center, TestRail (or similar).
- Ability to communicate test results and issues clearly.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology (e.g., Scrum).
- Understanding of test phases within a software development lifecycle.
