Key Responsibilities
- Perform exploratory and functional testing in a multi-OS environment and convert scenarios into automated test cases.
- Design, review, and maintain clear, well-structured test cases with traceability to requirements.
- Build, execute, and analyze test suites, ensuring reliable regression coverage.
- Identify, document, and track defects with clear reproduction steps and root-cause insights.
- Develop automated test cases, including scripted SAS tests with C++ wrappers, integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and QA CoE partners (Automation, Security, Performance) to continuously improve quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in software QA/testing with exposure to both manual and automated testing.
- Solid understanding of software testing fundamentals and the SDLC/STLC in Agile environments.
- Working knowledge of programming/scripting (C++, Java, SQL) and IDEs such as Visual Studio or VS Code.
- Familiarity with defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira) and version control concepts (Git/GitLab).
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills with a shift-left, quality-first mindset.
