Roles & Responsibilities
- Work on CLM and remarketing as a core project area
- Support and scale CRM automation initiatives across channels
- Collaborate closely with Design, Content, MoEngage, and Operations teams for:
- Launching CRM journeys
- Maintaining process and execution efficiency
- Own daily reporting:
- Automation report
- Target vs Achievement tracking
- Identify gaps, insights, and recommend interventions based on data
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with SQL (mandatory)
- Experience with Tableau or other analytical/visualization tools (good to have)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of cohort analysis
- Prior exposure to CLM / CRM is a plus
- Strong marketing intuition / knack
- Basic understanding of e-commerce terminology and metrics such as:
- Burn
- ROAS
- Efficiency metrics
